Candice Communications Consultancy & Advisory is led by Candice Gersun, a Strategic Communications Director with global experience advising founders, executives, and organisations operating in complex, high-stakes, and high-growth environments.

With a career spanning senior in-house roles and over a decade building and leading her own consultancy, Candice has worked across APAC, EMEA, and international markets—advising on reputation, narrative, and communications strategy at both regional and global levels.

Her experience includes leading multi-market communications across Europe and working with global brands including The Walt Disney Company and 505 Games, as well as partnering with founders, high-growth companies, and emerging technology organisations.

Candice is known for her ability to navigate complexity—translating business priorities into clear, credible narratives that resonate across media, markets, and stakeholders. Her work spans reputation and crisis management, executive positioning, and global communications strategy, particularly in environments where there is heightened scrutiny, rapid growth, or reputational risk.
